Evaluation of the Peer Group Response
I found that this activity was useful to a certain extent. It is very limited because of the time restriction but it did work better than last essays peer review session. I also found that both Jaclyn and Josue’s paper were very interesting to read. Jaclyn wrote about tipping at Outback Steak House and it was interesting to see what all the waiters go through to get the job, the training was intense and I never would have imagined how hard it was to become a waiter. The work that they go through really makes you appreciate the waiters at the restaurants that you normally would have taken for granted. Josue’s paper had a very similar affect on me. After reading his paper on Taxis, I thought about how they too are very under appreciated. Overall both papers were well written and a joy to read.
